Melrose Events is a purpose built wedding venue in Melbourne's north west, redeveloped from the ground up. Four spaces to choose between, each with its own character, and separate bridal suites so the morning belongs to you before the day belongs to everyone else.

From your first tour to the last song, you are looked after by a team who have done this thousands of times and still treat your wedding as the only one on the calendar. The Spaces

Every wedding is a different shape. Four spaces, so the room fits your day rather than the other way around.

The Grand Ballroom

Up to 800 seated under soaring ceilings, with built in staging and full audiovisual infrastructure, so a live band or a grand entrance happens without hiring anything in. Neutral palette, feature lighting, its own arrival foyer and bridal suite.

The Hudson Room

A custom chandelier of more than 15,000 hand hung crystals, above a marble inspired dance floor. Wainscoting, a stone bar, a fireplace, carpet designed for this room alone, and its own bridal suite.

The Magnolia Room

Ambient lighting takes it from a bright ceremony to a dark, warm reception in the same night. Custom carpet, draping that frames the floor to ceiling windows, and a stone bar lit from within. Joins with the Grand Ballroom when the numbers grow.

Above the ballroom floor with its own bar and direct, private access to the Grand Ballroom. A rehearsal dinner, an intimate reception, or a private space for family.

  • Four spaces, so the room fits the guest list instead of the guest list fitting the room. The Grand Ballroom and Magnolia Room join for larger receptions, up to 2,300 across the venue.
