We offer three options for event rooms :

• The Grand Ballroom – The Grand Ballroom features soaring high ceilings, polished architectural finishes, and a refined, spacious atmosphere that provides a dramatic yet elegant backdrop for any occasion. Striking feature lighting and sophisticated design elements create an ambience of grandeur, while the neutral colour palette offers versatility for any theme or décor, from timeless elegance to bold contemporary styling. With built-in staging, advanced audiovisual infrastructure, a dedicated arrival foyer, and an exclusive bridal suite, the Grand Ballroom offers a seamless blend of luxury and functionality, ensuring an unforgettable experience for every event.

• The Hudson Room – The Hudson Room at Melrose Events presents a striking fusion of grandeur and refinement, a venue space where every detail elevates your event. With elegant wainscoting, a dazzling custom chandelier of over 15,000 hand-hung crystals, and a bold marble-inspired dance floor, the space exudes luxury from the moment guests arrive. A spectacular stone bar, stunning bridal suite, bespoke carpet designed exclusively for the venue,, and a majestic fireplace create a rich, immersive atmosphere. From its grand entrance to its versatile layout and premium finishes, the Hudson Room sets a timeless, sophisticated stage for weddings, galas, corporate events and everything in between. 

• The Magnolia Room - The Magnolia Room boasts a contemporary and sophisticated ambience, highlighted by gentle colour palettes, stylish design features, and customisable ambient lighting that adapts perfectly to any mood or event. The chic and adaptable design beautifully suits both formal and casual settings, elevated by the newly custom-designed carpet and draping curtains that frame the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. A bespoke stone bar featuring LED lighting and distinctive flooring brings an air of elegance, while the overall ambience radiates warmth and sophistication, crafting an ideal backdrop for unforgettable gatherings of all types.
